Cinnamon Popcorn

1 large bowl

Ingredients
  • Popcorn (amount per your air popper’s instructions, usually around one cup)

  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling

  • Cinnamon for sprinkling

  • Salt to taste


Directions

Follow the instructions that accompany your popcorn machine. Though you can also use a large sauce pot to make the popcorn on the stove top, using an air popper eliminates having to use additional oil.

Once popped drizzle the olive oil over the kernels to lightly coat them. We suggest also using an atomizer of olive oil in order to use less oil and more efficiently cover the popcorn. Then sprinkle the cinnamon and salt as desired. Shake the bowl just a bit then dig in. It’s an unusual but delicious alternative to the same old movie-watching or anytime snack.
