Cinnamon Peach Dairy Free Smoothie
Ingredients
1 peach, pit removed and sliced into sections (fresh is definitely preferred but if you can’t find them in season where you are frozen will do)
1 banana (use the whole thing if you like a thicker consistency, use half otherwise)
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Ground flax seeds
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
Note: There are endless variations for delicious smoothie combinations and the addition of cinnamon works with all flavors. So have fun, experiment, use whatever is in season in your area and let us know what you come up with.
