Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge
Ingredients
4 cups sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, plus 2 Tbsp
1 twelve-ounce can evaporated milk
1 pint marshmallow cream
2 twelve-ounce packages chocolate chips
1 lb nuts (walnuts, peanuts, pecans or a mixture)
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Using 2 T. butter, generously grease a 9×13 baking dish. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, remaining butter, and evaporated milk. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and cook until sugar evaporates, about 5-10 minutes.
Add chocolate chips and vanilla, mix until melted. Add marshmallow cream and stir until just combined. Stir in nuts.
Pour mixture into baking dish and allow to cool completely. Cut fudge into chunks.
