Super Easy Sweet Potato Casserole


Ingredients
  • 5 cups canned sweet potato puree

  • 2 very ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • TOPPING

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 1/2 Tbsp salt

  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar


Directions

Preheat oven to 325 F.

In a medium bowl, mix sweet potato puree, bananas, butter and maple syrup until well blended. Add cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Spread mixture into a greased baking dish.

Place pecans on top of sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and brown sugar.

Evenly drizzle with melted butter.

Bake for 25 minutes.
