Quinoa Breakfast Cereal

Ingredients
1/2 cup quinoa
Blueberries
Walnuts
Preferred Milk (regular, soy or goat are all delicious)
Honey
Cinnamon
Directions
Using a very fine-meshed strainer wash the quinoa thoroughly with cold water. Drain well and set aside. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the quinoa and a pinch of salt. Return to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer with a lid for about 15 min. Remove from heat and let stand, covered for another five minutes.
Place desired serving in a bowl top with blueberries, walnuts, honey, and milk. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top and enjoy! We also suggest you experiment with other toppings such as raspberries, bananas, raisins or brown sugar.
